Pricing — September 2026
China to Tashkent cargo rates 2026
Consolidated truck cargo from China to Tashkent is priced by volume — from $110 per m³ (September 2026). Density (weight ÷ volume) picks the rate band: the lighter the cargo, the cheaper the cubic metre. Air is priced by weight, from $9 per kg. The price includes receiving at the China warehouse, measuring, consolidation and delivery to the Tashkent warehouse; duty, VAT and insurance are separate.

Truck cargo (consolidated) — how much per m³?
Truck cargo is consolidated at the China warehouse and travels by truck through Khorgos to Tashkent. It is priced by volume: density (weight ÷ volume) picks the band — the denser the cargo, the dearer a cubic metre and the cheaper a kilogram.
| Density | Price |
|---|---|
| up to 100 kg/m³ | $110/m³ |
| 101–150 kg/m³ | $130/m³ |
| 151–200 kg/m³ | $160/m³ |
| 201–250 kg/m³ | $180/m³ |
| 251–300 kg/m³ | $200/m³ |
| 301–350 kg/m³ | $230/m³ |
| 351–400 kg/m³ | $260/m³ |
| 401–450 kg/m³ | $280/m³ |
| 451–500 kg/m³ | $290/m³ |
| 501–700 kg/m³ | $300/m³ |
| 701–999 kg/m³ | $320/m³ |
| from 1,000 kg/m³ | $0.55/kg |
Density = weight (kg) ÷ volume (m³). For example, 180 kg in 2 m³ is 90 kg/m³ — the first row of the table: 2 × $110 = $220. Volume of a piece: length × width × height in metres.
Transit: roughly 15–25 days after departure from the China warehouse; express batches 13–18 days.
Air cargo — how much per kg?
Air is for urgent, light and high-value goods: phone accessories, clothing samples, small electronics. The rate depends on the goods category; chargeable weight follows the ÷ 5,000 rule.
| Goods category | Price per kg |
|---|---|
| Standard goods (everyday items, clothing, accessories) | $9/kg |
| Branded (original, boxed) | $12/kg |
| Commercial lot (3+ identical items, electronics) | $11.50/kg |
| Goods with batteries (power banks, cells) | truck only |
| Liquids, cosmetics, perfume | truck only |
Minimum chargeable weight 0.5 kg. Transit roughly 5–10 days after the flight. Batteries, magnets and liquids are not accepted on aircraft — they go by truck.
Rail and container rates
For large lots — a full container (FCL) or space in one (LCL). Prices are given as a range depending on route, season and cargo type; the exact figure comes with a quote.
| Container | Price (China → Tashkent) |
|---|---|
| 20 ft container (≈ 33 m³, up to 20 t) | $2,800–$5,500 |
| 40 ft / 40 HC container (≈ 67–76 m³, up to 26 t) | $5,200–$6,800 |
Transit roughly 20–35 days. The price excludes trucking inside China, customs clearance and unloading in Tashkent — quoted separately.
How is the price calculated?
Volumetric weight (air)
Air is priced on chargeable weight: volumetric weight (kg) = length × width × height (cm) ÷ 5,000, and you pay for the greater of actual and volumetric. Truck cargo has no such rule — it is priced on the real volume in m³.
The density rule (truck)
Density (kg/m³) = weight ÷ volume. It picks the row: the lower the density, the cheaper the cubic metre. Cargo at 1,000 kg/m³ and above is billed per kilogram at $0.55/kg. The minimum billable volume is 0.1 m³.
So weight alone will not do for truck cargo: give the calculator the dimensions or the volume — without density there is no price.
Three worked examples
All three use exactly the tables and rules the calculator runs on.
-
Phone accessories by air
Input: 20 kg · 50 × 40 × 30 cm · commercial lot
Air · Commercial lot (3+ identical items) · chargeable weight 20 kg × $11.50/kg
≈ $230
≈ UZS 2,714,000 · roughly 5–10 days
-
Footwear by truck
Input: 300 kg · 1.2 m³ · standard goods
Density 250 kg/m³ → 1.2 m³ × $180/m³
≈ $216
≈ UZS 2,548,800 · roughly 15–25 days
-
Toys, bulky cargo
Input: 180 kg · 2 m³ · standard goods
Density 90 kg/m³ → 2 m³ × $110/m³
≈ $220
≈ UZS 2,596,000 · roughly 15–25 days

Delivery to the regions
Collection at the Tashkent warehouse is free. Your manager confirms the terms for forwarding to a region. Door delivery costs 20,000–30,000 UZS. In Tashkent, cargo over 5 kg is delivered to the door free of charge.
How do I pay?
Prices are calculated in US dollars and paid in UZS at the settlement rate (currently $1 = 11,800 UZS, indicative). The rate is announced for each batch.
Payment is due when the cargo reaches the Tashkent warehouse, before release. Cash, Humo/Uzcard card, Click or Payme; legal entities pay by bank transfer against a contract and invoice.
No prepayment is required. After 3 days at the Tashkent warehouse a daily storage fee applies — agree the timing with your manager.
What makes up the price?
A cargo rate has three parts: collection and receiving at the China warehouse, transport along the China — Khorgos — Tashkent route, and clearance in Tashkent. With consolidated cargo you pay for the cubic metres you take up, not the whole truck — which is why a small lot sits well below the cost of container hire.
What a truck really sells is the cubic metre, and there is only so much of it. Density therefore sets the price: light cargo takes a lot of volume for little weight, so its cubic metre is cheaper; the denser the cargo, the dearer the cubic metre and the cheaper the kilogram. Cargo at 1,000 kg/m³ and above — as heavy as water or heavier — runs into the truck’s payload rather than its volume, so it is billed per kilogram at $0.55/kg. The whole table is written openly on this page.
Rates follow the season: batches fill up before 11.11 and New Year, and warehouses close for two weeks over Chinese New Year (late January to February). That is why the table prices are estimates, updated monthly — the date sits under every table.
The final price is confirmed once the cargo is weighed and measured in China: actual weight, volume and the photo report arrive in Telegram, and the invoice is settled on that basis. No hidden charges — the pricing rule is written into the contract.
Rates are based on median Tashkent market prices as of September 2026; the exact price is confirmed for each batch.

Pricing questions
How much is 1 kg of cargo from China to Tashkent?
Truck cargo has no per-kilogram price: consolidated freight is sold by volume, from $110 per m³, with density picking the row (September 2026). For example, 300 kg in 1.2 m³ is 250 kg/m³ and comes to $216. Air is priced per kilogram, from $9/kg.
What is volumetric weight and when does it apply?
Volumetric weight applies to air only: length × width × height (cm) ÷ 5,000, and the greater of actual and volumetric weight is charged — a 60 × 50 × 40 cm box flies as 24 kg even if it holds 8 kg. Truck cargo ignores volumetric weight: that same box is 0.12 m³, and 8 kg in it is 67 kg/m³ — the $110/m³ row, so $13.20.
Which is cheaper, dense cargo or bulky cargo?
Both come out of the same table. The lower the density, the cheaper the cubic metre; dense cargo pays more per cubic metre but carries more weight in the same space, so its kilogram costs less. Cargo at 1,000 kg/m³ and above — metal or tiles, say — is billed per kilogram at $0.55/kg. The calculator works out the density and shows which row applied.
Is there a minimum weight or volume?
Truck cargo has a minimum billable volume of 0.1 m³: we take a smaller piece, but billing starts at 0.1 m³. Air starts at 0.5 kg and containers at 20 ft. Small parcels join the consolidated load too.
Is customs included in the price?
Customs clearance is on us — we prepare the documents. Duty and VAT are paid separately by law, according to the HS code, and we calculate the amount before shipping.
How much is insurance?
1% of the declared value (indicative). Liability for uninsured cargo is set out in the contract.
When and how do I pay?
When the cargo reaches the Tashkent warehouse, before release — in UZS at the settlement rate. Cash, card, Click/Payme; invoice for legal entities. No prepayment required.
Why is the price an estimate?
Because the final weight and volume are known after weighing in China, and rates are updated monthly with the season. The date sits under the table — September 8, 2026. We confirm the figure with one Telegram message.
