03 — What you get

What stays in your hands.

At every stage you keep a document, a code or a photo. The list is in chronological order.

  1. At the start

    Contract and invoice

Price, transit time and liability — on paper. Payment against the invoice; a completion act at the end.

  2. After signing

China receiving address and GS code

There are three receiving addresses in China — your manager tells you which one applies. Your supplier writes the GS code (shipping mark) on every carton before dispatch, so your cargo never mixes with anyone else’s.

  3. At the receiving point

    Photo report

At intake, measuring and loading. Weight, volume and lot number arrive on Telegram together with the photos.

  4. In transit

    Tracking by GS code

Quote the same GS code and your manager sends the current status and a photo: at the receiving point, in transit, at Khorgos, at the Tashkent warehouse, delivered.

04 — How it works

Five steps. The first is one message.

From request to hand-over — one manager and one contract. At every step you know in advance what happens next.

  1. Step 01

    You send a request

On Telegram or by phone. Cargo type, rough weight and city are enough to start.

  2. Step 02

    We discuss the order

Transport mode, documents, packing and the pricing rule — per kg or per m³. Your manager answers every question.

  3. Step 03

    Documents — and work begins

Contract, your GS code and the receiving address your manager names: Yiwu, Guangzhou or Kashgar. Your supplier marks every carton before dispatch.

  4. Step 04

    Your manager rides along

Location updates and photo reports arrive on Telegram: intake, loading, border, Tashkent.

  5. Step 05

    You receive the cargo

Collect it in Tashkent or we forward it to your region. The invoice is in your hands.

The first message commits you to nothing: tell us the cargo, city and deadline — we propose a price and a route.

05 — Pricing

Know the price before you ship.

  • Truck cargo is priced per m³: density (weight ÷ volume) picks the rate for a cubic metre; at 1,000 kg/m³ and above it is billed per kg.
  • Air is priced per kg: volumetric weight = length × width × height (cm) ÷ 5,000, compared with the actual weight.
  • The price includes warehouse receiving, measuring and the photo report; insurance and customs payments are separate.

Example: 48 kg, 0.2 m³ → 240 kg/m³ → 0.2 × $180 = $36.

07 — FAQ

Importing for the first time?

Or the hundredth — the answers are just as exact.

How is the cargo price calculated — per kg or per m³?

Truck cargo (consolidated freight) is priced per cubic metre: the density of the load — total weight (kg) ÷ total volume (m³) — picks the rate for one m³. Up to 100 kg/m³ that is $110/m³, up to 150 kg/m³ $130/m³, up to 200 kg/m³ $160/m³, up to 250 kg/m³ $180/m³, and the table climbs on: from 701 kg/m³ it is $320/m³. At 1,000 kg/m³ and above — metal, tiles and the like — the sheet switches to weight at $0.55/kg. Example: 48 kg filling 0.2 m³ is 240 kg/m³, so the rate is $180/m³ and the total $36. Air cargo is the mode priced per kilogram: you pay for the greater of actual and volumetric weight (length × width × height (cm) ÷ 5,000), from $9/kg. The minimum billable volume is 0.1 m³; every price is indicative — run the numbers in the calculator and a manager confirms them on Telegram.

How many days does cargo take from China to Tashkent?

Consolidated truck freight takes roughly 15–25 days, air cargo 5–10 days and a rail container 20–35 days. Transit counts from departure from the Yiwu warehouse; fast batches have arrived in 13–18 days. Around Chinese New Year (January–February), Golden Week (early October) and the 11.11 season, add another 1–2 weeks.

What happens at customs, and who pays?

Commercial cargo goes through official customs clearance: a customs declaration (GTD), duty by HS code and 12% VAT. Duty and VAT are payable by law — we calculate them in advance from the HS code and value, and we never promise “no duty”. Clearance is done as agreed in the contract: under our documents or in your company’s name. Duty rates follow Resolution PP-3818 as amended by PP-58 in February 2026: clothing 20%, footwear 20% (min. $3 per pair), phones 5%, computers 0%, furniture 15%, toys 10%.

Do I need to speak Chinese?

No. Our managers speak Uzbek, Russian and Chinese; we handle negotiation, price bargaining and claims with the supplier. You send a product link (1688, Taobao, Alibaba) or a photo of a sample — the rest is our job. You do not need to travel to China either: samples and factory checks are done by our staff in Yiwu.

How do I know the supplier will not cheat me?

Before any payment we check the seller’s business licence, 1688 rating and years in business, and we order a sample before a large order. Goods arrive directly at the Yiwu warehouse, where quantity and quality are checked and a photo report is sent — if something is wrong, the goods are returned or replaced before they leave for Tashkent. For factory orders we suggest staged payment, for example 30% up front and 70% after inspection. We have worked with China since 2018 and will warn you about an unreliable seller.

Which goods cannot be shipped?

Explosive and flammable substances; plants, animals and perishable goods; money, precious metals and stones, jewellery and antiques; means of payment, securities and documents; anything banned by law — narcotics, weapons, counterfeits. Drones are prohibited for individuals, two-way radios and transmitters need a permit, and medicines in commercial quantities must be registered. Air cargo does not accept lithium batteries, power banks, liquids, perfume or magnets — those go by truck or rail only. If in doubt, send the product link and we will check and reply.
